HYTECH Referral Rewards Program
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 20, 2026
These HYTECH Referral Rewards Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the HYTECH Intelligence Referral Rewards Program ("Program"). By submitting or participating in a referral, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Overview
The HYTECH Referral Rewards Program allows eligible individuals and businesses to receive rewards for referring new customers to HYTECH Intelligence ("HYTECH") who subsequently purchase qualifying HYTECH services.
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, joint venture, or other formal business relationship with HYTECH.
2. Eligibility
Unless otherwise approved by HYTECH, participants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in the Program.
HYTECH employees, contractors, representatives, or other parties may be subject to separate referral or compensation arrangements and may be excluded from this Program at HYTECH's discretion.
Participants may not refer themselves or entities they own or control for the purpose of earning a referral reward.
3. Qualified Referral
A referral is considered a Qualified Referral when:
- The referred individual or organization is submitted through an approved HYTECH referral method;
- The prospect was not already an active HYTECH client or documented active sales opportunity;
- The prospect engages HYTECH within 90 days of the referral;
- The referred customer purchases at least $250 in qualifying HYTECH services; and
- HYTECH receives cleared and non-refunded payment for the qualifying transaction.
Submitting contact information alone does not guarantee that a referral will qualify for a reward.
4. Referral Attribution
Referral credit is generally awarded to the first eligible participant whose referral is documented by HYTECH.
If multiple individuals claim the same referral, HYTECH may review available records and determine attribution based on factors including referral submission date, existing sales communications, customer records, and prior relationships.
HYTECH's determination regarding referral attribution will be final for purposes of the Program.
5. Referral Reward
For each Qualified Referral, the referring participant may receive a reward equal to:
10% of the first qualifying payment actually collected by HYTECH from the referred customer, up to a maximum reward of $500 per referred customer.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, rewards apply only to the referred customer's first qualifying transaction and do not create an ongoing or recurring commission.
6. HYTECH Service Credit Option
Where available, eligible participants may choose to receive HYTECH service credit instead of a cash-equivalent referral reward.
HYTECH may provide service credit equal to 125% of the standard referral reward.
For example, a participant eligible for a $200 referral reward may elect to receive $250 in HYTECH service credit instead.
Service credits:
- Have no cash value after issuance;
- May only be applied toward eligible HYTECH Intelligence services;
- May not be resold or transferred without written approval;
- Cannot be applied toward taxes, third-party costs, pass-through expenses, hardware, software licenses, or other excluded charges unless expressly approved by HYTECH; and
- May be subject to additional terms communicated when the credit is issued.
7. Payment of Rewards
Eligible referral rewards will normally be issued within 30 days after HYTECH receives cleared payment from the referred customer and confirms that all Program conditions have been satisfied.
Rewards may be delayed while a transaction is subject to cancellation, dispute, chargeback, refund, fraud review, or other reasonable verification.
No referral reward is owed for amounts that are refunded, reversed, disputed, chargedback, written off, or otherwise not retained by HYTECH.
8. Qualifying Revenue
Referral rewards are calculated using qualifying service revenue actually collected by HYTECH.
Unless HYTECH expressly states otherwise, qualifying revenue excludes:
- Sales and similar taxes;
- Refunds and credits;
- Chargebacks;
- Third-party products or services;
- Hardware or equipment costs;
- Software and licensing costs;
- Hosting or platform fees passed through to the customer;
- Shipping or delivery expenses;
- Government fees;
- Reimbursable expenses; and
- Other pass-through costs.
9. Existing Clients and Opportunities
A referral is not eligible for a reward when the referred party was already:
- An active HYTECH client;
- Actively engaged in discussions with HYTECH;
- Part of an existing HYTECH sales opportunity;
- Previously referred and still within an applicable referral period; or
- Otherwise documented within HYTECH's active sales pipeline before the referral was submitted.
Current HYTECH clients may participate by referring new individuals or organizations.
10. Ethical Referral Practices
Participants must represent HYTECH honestly and accurately.
Participants may not:
- Make false, misleading, or unauthorized statements about HYTECH;
- Guarantee results, pricing, project acceptance, discounts, or outcomes on HYTECH's behalf;
- Send unlawful or unsolicited bulk communications;
- Impersonate HYTECH or its employees;
- Create unauthorized advertisements using HYTECH intellectual property;
- Purchase advertising using HYTECH trademarks or confusingly similar terms without permission; or
- Engage in fraud, manipulation, spam, deception, or other abusive referral practices.
HYTECH may reject referrals obtained through prohibited conduct.
11. Disclosure of Referral Relationship
Participants who publicly promote, endorse, recommend, or advertise HYTECH while expecting to receive compensation or another benefit through the Program are responsible for clearly disclosing their referral relationship when required by applicable law or advertising standards.
Any disclosure should be clear, understandable, and presented in connection with the applicable recommendation or endorsement.
12. Government, Healthcare, and Regulated Organizations
Referral rewards will not be offered, paid, or accepted where HYTECH reasonably determines that doing so may violate applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements, procurement requirements, employer policies, professional ethical obligations, anti-kickback requirements, conflict-of-interest rules, or similar restrictions.
Government employees, public officials, healthcare professionals, procurement personnel, or individuals acting on behalf of regulated organizations are responsible for confirming that participation is permitted by their employer and applicable rules.
HYTECH reserves the right to decline or cancel a reward where compliance concerns exist.
13. Taxes
Referral participants are responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes associated with rewards received through the Program.
HYTECH may request tax documentation or other information when required for reporting, payment processing, or legal compliance.
14. No Guarantee of Business
A referral does not obligate HYTECH to:
- Accept the prospective customer;
- Provide a proposal;
- Enter into a contract;
- Provide any particular service;
- Extend credit;
- Offer a specific price; or
- Complete a transaction.
HYTECH retains sole discretion regarding the customers, engagements, projects, and services it accepts.
15. Fraud and Abuse
HYTECH may investigate suspected Program misuse.
HYTECH may withhold, cancel, or recover rewards associated with fraud, duplicate submissions, fabricated prospects, unauthorized accounts, misleading representations, manipulated transactions, self-referrals, chargebacks, or other abuse.
Participants engaged in suspected abuse may be removed from the Program.
16. Program Changes
HYTECH may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
Qualified rewards earned before a Program change will generally remain eligible subject to the Terms in effect when the applicable referral qualified.
17. Program Termination
HYTECH may terminate an individual's participation for violation of these Terms or conduct that HYTECH reasonably determines may harm HYTECH, its clients, or the integrity of the Program.
Termination does not entitle a participant to rewards associated with referrals that had not yet satisfied all qualification requirements.
18. Limitation of Program Rights
Referral rewards are promotional incentives and do not establish ownership rights, commissions on future revenue, residual compensation, equity, territorial rights, or exclusive referral rights.
19. Privacy
Information submitted through the Program may be used to administer referrals, contact prospective customers, prevent fraud, communicate regarding rewards, maintain business records, and operate HYTECH's services in accordance with applicable privacy practices.
Participants should obtain appropriate permission before submitting another person's personal information.
20. Questions
Questions regarding the HYTECH Referral Rewards Program may be submitted through the official contact methods published by HYTECH Intelligence.
