A 15-Year Vision, Finally Realized
For over a decade, Gary Ortega — owner of Alamo City Grafix — carried a vision: a website where customers could design their own shirt or sign in real time. It was a complex, ambitious build, and the road to get there was anything but smooth.
The Backstory
Before finding Hytech Intelligence, Gary was burned out of over $15,000 by multiple companies and web developers who promised they could deliver the platform he wanted. Most took the money and ran. But Gary knew exactly what he wanted, and he wasn't going to settle for anything less.

The Build
After years of friendship and conversation, Gary brought the project to Joshua Solis at Hytech Intelligence — who said he was up for the challenge. Throughout the entire process, Josh stayed in constant contact, even working late to integrate the multiple print vendors the shop relies on.
The result is a complete ecommerce and web-to-print platform featuring:
