Joshua's career didn't begin in a boardroom — it began on the service desk, taking the calls everyone else wanted to escalate. Over thirteen years, he worked his way from frontline technician to coordinator lead and on to executive-level technology support, learning the craft from the ground up across government, healthcare, finance, and corporate environments.
Seven of those years were spent inside one of the largest municipal IT operations in Texas, where he rose from technician to Service Desk Coordinator Lead — coordinating incidents, escalations, and SLAs across applications, infrastructure, and accounts, and quietly rebuilding the processes and documentation that made the whole service run smoother. It was a masterclass in scale, discipline, and the difference between closing a ticket and actually solving a problem.
From there he moved into executive support — first inside a global beverage company, then across 52+ clinical and corporate locations serving more than 16,000 users. He became the person executive leadership called first: owning network infrastructure and hardware lifecycles, standing up new clinics, coordinating multi-site refreshes, and mentoring the technicians coming up behind him.
